Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce safety policies in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Provide safety training and guidance on equipment use.
- Review and update existing safety procedures.
- Monitor operations for safety improvement opportunities.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Prepare safety reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and hazard identification skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
